Installation remapped geometries on DAZ Victoria V3 RS1-2-3 version Troubleshooting |
For first thing close your internet connection if is't opened.
Work off line, the license protections can create some problems.
I suggest to install any Poser version alway OFF-LINE!
Otherwise, use a firewall that prevents Poser to use internet.
In this way will be you to decide when Poser can connect to Internet.
-Create the new Victoria V3 geometries like it's explained in the first part of the product tutorial.
-Open poser program and load in the poser scene DAZ Victoria RS1.. character.
-Apply the all injection Mat Pose (as ex. Perfect G! morph - body morph) on the DAZ Victoria RS1 character.
-Apply all Mat textures poses (body and head).
-Save this character in your preferred library with the name that you prefer.
This new Cr2 file refers still to the DAZ Victoria V3 geometries.
Now you must change the reference geometries with the new remapped geometries.
-Open notepad or any text editor
-Load in the text editor the file that you have just saved
(the new cr2 file of DAZ Victoria V3 RS1..)
-Then, change the two lines that refer to the geometries file (see the product tutorial)
-Now save this cr2 and close your text editor.
-Open poser and load in the scene the Cr2 just saved.
The character it should work regularly.
In the Poser 5 version, it could happen that in the first part of the "Hip Parameter Dials window" there are many
empty morph parameters.
This is not a problem, under to these parameters, you find all the Perfect G! morph.
I performed this procedure using Victoria V3 RS1.. in Poser 5 - ProPack and Poser 4.03
everything worked correctly.
