Extract the zipped archive with your zip program.
 
Make sure the "Extract to" location states the current location 
of the Poser program. ("c:\program files\MetaCreations\Poser 4" 
or "c:\program files\Curious Labs\Poser 5\")
*IMPORTANT* Use the option "Use Folder names" (mark the check box). 
This ensures that all files unzip to the correct locations.

Load the Medieval Bed and Medieval Cover in the scene
You can use the cover morph for better the poses of your characters on the bed
